How to get a Colorado MMJ Card

Getting a Medical Card is easy, and the benefits of getting a MMJ Card include:

You must be a Colorado resident.

You must have a qualifying medical condition (for example: cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, persistent muscle spasms, seizures, severe pain, etc.).

If you are a minor (under 18) or in a certain age-group (18-20) there are additional doctor certification requirements.

For help with logging into your State of CO MMJ Account, and for help with their required online application, you may reach the Registry at 303-692-2184.

*Do not create multiple accounts as this will cause issues with the registry, and they will have to consolidate these for you.

Print Your
Physician Certification

As of December 2022 patients need to present their Provider Certification (PC) to dispensaries. Below is the link and instructions on how to view and print your PC from the State of Colorado MMJ Registry.
