Service Description
This 30-minute, in-person appointment is available to new and renewal patients at The Healing Collective in Niwot, Colorado. The calm, professional setting allows time for a comprehensive and personalized conversation with Dr. Joe Cohen. During your visit, Dr. Cohen will review your health history, medications, qualifying condition, cannabis-related questions, and goals. He will provide individualized education and thoughtful recommendations, including any appropriate changes to your certification or care plan. After your appointment, Dr. Cohen will electronically submit the Provider Certification to the Colorado Medical Marijuana Registry. You must then complete the Registry’s separate online application and pay the applicable State fee. The Registry—not Dr. Cohen or Holos Health—reviews the completed State application and issues the MMJ Card. **COMPLIMENTARY INBODY 770 ASSESSMENT** Your Niwot appointment includes the option to receive a complimentary body composition assessment using The Healing Collective’s InBody 770 system. This quick, non-invasive assessment provides detailed estimates of: - Skeletal muscle mass - Body fat and visceral fat - Segmental lean and fat distribution - Body water balance - Phase angle These measurements offer additional insight beyond body weight alone and can support more informed conversations about nutrition, movement, metabolic health, and overall wellness. The InBody assessment is optional and supplemental to your MMJ evaluation. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please reschedule or contact us 24 hours in advance. While we understand situations arise, we value your time, the doctor's time, and those waiting to see the doctor. As such, No-Show Appointments are not eligible for a refund and/or will be assessed a $50 fee. Rescheduled appointments that are rescheduled on the day of an appointment will be assessed a $50 fee. If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your needs with the remaining time left in your appointment, but can not guarantee that we can see you for your full appointment time.
