Service Description
Continue your personalized protocol with a follow-up consultation focused on reviewing your experience, addressing questions, and determining appropriate next steps. During your appointment, Dr. Joe Cohen will discuss what you have noticed, review any changes to your health, medications, or wellness goals, and recommend appropriate adjustments to your dosage, timing, or schedule. Your appointment includes a consultation with Dr. Cohen, individualized education, and an updated three-month protocol only. Consultation Requirements • Patients must be 21 or older. • This appointment is intended for established patients who have completed an initial Micro-Dose Consultation with Dr. Cohen. Follow-up consultations are recommended every three months for patients who wish to continue receiving personalized guidance.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please reschedule online or contact us 24 hours in advance. While we understand situations arise, we value your time, the doctor's time, and those waiting to see the doctor. As such, No-Show Appointments and Cancellations on the day of the appointment are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduled appointments that are rescheduled on the day of an appointment will be assessed a $50 fee. If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your needs with the remaining time left in your appointment, but can not guarantee that we can see you for your full appointment time.
