This discounted appointment is available to both Colorado Medical Marijuana Industry employees with an active MED Badge and patients currently receiving SSDI benefits. When booking, patients must upload either: • Their active MED Badge, or • Their current SSDI award/benefits letter These documents can be uploaded directly through the intake form during the booking process. Medical Marijuana Employee Badge holders can verify their badge status here: https://codor.mylicense.com/MED_Verification This 30-minute online appointment is designed to provide a fast, affordable, and convenient renewal option for qualifying patients who are appropriate for a streamlined visit without the need for extended consultation or complex treatment adjustments. During your secure video visit, Dr. Joe Cohen will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and treatment goals, and answer any questions you may have regarding medical cannabis treatment. After your appointment, Dr. Joe Cohen will electronically submit your Provider Certification to the State of Colorado MMJ Registry so you can complete your Medical Marijuana Card application with the State of Colorado. While we strongly prefer MMJ evaluations to be conducted in person whenever possible to provide the most comprehensive care experience, this virtual option is available to support patients who may face medical limitations, geographic distance, transportation challenges, work constraints, or other hardships that make in-person visits difficult. Our goal is to ensure safe, compassionate, and accessible care for all qualifying patients who may benefit from medical cannabis.
