This appointment is for New and Renewal patients who are Medical Marijuana Industry employees who have an Active Marijuana Employee License (Badge). Medical Marijuana Employee Badge Holders, you can check your status here: https://codor.mylicense.com/MED_Verification/ Available exclusively to licensed cannabis industry professionals, this 15-minute online appointment offers a fast and affordable renewal option. Patients must hold a valid MED badge and be appropriate for a streamlined visit without the need for extended consultation or adjustments. During your video visit, we will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and treatment goals. After your appointment, Dr. Joe Cohen will electronically submit your Provider Certification to the State of Colorado MMJ Registry so you can apply with them for your Medical Card. While we strongly prefer MMJ card evaluations to be conducted in person to provide the most comprehensive care experience, this virtual option is available to serve patients who are unable to visit our office due to medical limitations, geographic distance, transportation challenges, or other hardships. Our goal is to ensure safe, compassionate, and accessible care for all patients who may benefit from medical cannabis.
