Continue your personalized micro-dose journey with a follow-up consultation designed to evaluate your progress and optimize your protocol. During your appointment, Dr. Joseph Cohen will review your response to treatment, discuss any changes you've experienced, answer your questions, and make adjustments to your dosage or schedule as needed to best support your wellness goals. Each follow-up consultation includes a new 3-month supply of personalized micro-dose capsules, ensuring you have everything you need to continue your physician-guided protocol. CONSULT REQUIREMENTS: *Patients must be aged 21 or over. *Each appointment includes a free 3 month supply of capsules. *Follow-up appointments are required every 3 months, should you wish to continue your treatment regimen.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please reschedule online or contact us 24 hours in advance. Your online consult includes a free supply of capsules that will be shipped to you after your appointment. Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages. While we understand situations arise, we value your time, the doctor's time, and those waiting to see the doctor. As such, No-Show Appointments and Cancellations on the day of the appointment are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduled appointments that are rescheduled on the day of an appointment will be assessed a $50 fee. If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your needs with the remaining time left in your appointment, but can not guarantee that we can see you for your full appointment time.
