Holos Health now offers secure online video evaluations for Medical Marijuana (MMJ) Card Evaluations. This service allows qualified patients to complete their medical cannabis evaluation remotely through a private, HIPAA-compliant virtual appointment with Dr. Joe Cohen. During your video visit, we will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and treatment goals. After your appointment, Dr. Joe Cohen will electronically submit your Provider Certification to the State of Colorado MMJ Registry so you can apply with them for your Medical Card. While we strongly prefer MMJ card evaluations to be conducted in person to provide the most comprehensive care experience, this virtual option is available to serve patients who are unable to visit our office due to medical limitations, geographic distance, transportation challenges, or other hardships. Our goal is to ensure safe, compassionate, and accessible care for all patients who may benefit from medical cannabis.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please reschedule or contact us 24 hours in advance. While we understand situations arise, we value your time, the doctor's time, and those waiting to see the doctor. As such, No-Show Appointments are not eligible for a refund and/or will be assessed a $50 fee. Rescheduled appointments that are rescheduled on the day of an appointment will be assessed a $50 fee. If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your needs with the remaining time left in your appointment, but can not guarantee that we can see you for your full appointment time.
